Every engagement runs through the same four phases. The proportions shift, but the order does not.
1. Audit
We collect what exists — every surface, every file, every vendor. This takes one to three weeks and it is where most of the useful decisions get made. Projects that skip it spend the time later, at worse rates.
2. Direction
Two directions, presented as real artefacts rather than mood boards. You pick one or we go again once. We have never gone to a third round.
3. Build
The longest phase. Weekly working sessions rather than milestone presentations, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
4. Handover
A pack containing the source files, a specification, and a short document about what not to do. We stay reachable for a season afterwards at no cost.
